Carlos Jardino, born in Mozambique, overcame early adversity as a refugee to build a distinguished career in engineering and consulting. After excelling at ASEA (now ABB) and restructuring global factories, he transitioned into luxury construction, founding PCMnow.com in Canada, which has thrived for over 25 years. Inspired by his family's real estate legacy, Carlos redeveloped multi-family rental properties, transforming them into high-performing assets. Today, through FoxyHome by PCMNow, he focuses on boutique housing solutions for seniors and accredited investors, enabling them to stay in their communities, grow their wealth, and leave lasting legacies. A libertarian, Carlos believes in capitalism's power to create societal good.
